Dr. Timothy Felton has over 30 years of experience in the fields of law enforcement, coaching, social services, and higher education. He served as a Deputy Juvenile Officer, football/track coach, and case manager during that time. Dr. Felton is a Southeast Missouri State University graduate who received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice while playing under full scholarship for their Division-I football team. After graduating, he serves as a volunteer football coach for Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club for 17 years and served as a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri and Presbyterian Children's Services. In 2015, Timothy received his master's degree in Human Services from Webster University. In 2021, Dr. Felton obtained his Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Missouri Baptist University. In addition, Dr. Felton has served as an Academic Advisor, Assistant Football Coach, Adjunct Professor, and Committee Member for a doctoral student at Missouri Baptist University. Dr. Felton currently serves as TRIO Program Manager II at Saint Louis University. Timothy is a published author of four books, The Undrafted, Never Life Lessons Children's Book, From the Hood to Being Hooded, and Guide for High School Bound Student-athletes. Timothy is also the President and Founder of the Youth Exposure Sports Foundation, Inc.
