This cookbook doesn't pretend to be a proper cookbook: you won't find beautifully plated national television-worthy style meals, but nor will you be opening two cans and mixing them together, calling that "cooking". In lots of the meals there are options for substitutions to mix things up a little, so lunches and dinners don't get too stale.
