In each life fable, a Splash City "Cartoon Mentor" teaches one coherent concept for "playing in 3D' through their unique and magical story, written in their own voice, and that takes place in the cartoon world Splash City. Follow the Why by Velocity Eleven-year-old Velocity wanders away from home, aspiring to make her first film. Stepping onto Splash City's Worn Brick Road, she meets three downtrodden strangers; Mr. Wasgonnado, Bob Stuckintime and Lance E. Lost, who join her on a wonder-filled journey.
