Folk Theater of Rajasthan: A Special Emphasis on Folk Theatre of Eastern Rajasthan

Dr. R N Meena is currently working in the field of education and writing on folk theatrical forms of the country. In his work, he has been published Many books namely 'Nau¿anki Folk Theatre of Rajasthan', 'Khyala Theatre of Rajasthan, Jaipur Tamasa-A popular folk theatre of Rajasthan. He is also a young novelist and published a novel-'Azad Lafz' based on the issues of young generation.In this book, he is explained the folk theatrical forms of the Rajasthan region- Khyala, Nau¿anki, Oral Tradition of Narrative Folklore of Nathas, Yogis/Jogis, Jaipur Tamasa, Bhavai, Ka¿haputli Theatre (Marionette), Swanga etc., here specially emphasis is given on the folk theatre of Eastern Rajasthgan
