Foggy refuses because he's afraid of what could happen if he goes up there. Each time Flighty explains how his fears can be overcome, Foggy invents a new reason--until finally he gets so tired of resisting, he lets himself quiet down and rest and let go of his fears. In the end, Foggy wakes up and invites Flighty to join him for a great new day.
