Like all too many in the sport, Sophia found herself enduring brutal training methods, abusive coaches, and jealous teammates-all with the added pressure of being alone in a new country, speaking an unfamiliar language, and having the nation's eyes on her via an ever-present camera.



Sophia's success in working through these confronting challenges are a testament to the power of determination and passion. Realizing that the tools she used to overcome these physical and mental tests could assist and inspire others, she's reached out via books, live events, and online offerings.
