Flawed Species

The sightings came with such astonishing regularity as to cast doubt about the authenticity of any of them. Many surmised that so many implausible discoveries in two weeks had to be a sham, perhaps the deceitful acts of Federal biostitutes attempting to further emasculate a well-meaning Interior Secretary under an administration that had never been accused of bunny hugging. Polar opposite views stated that Eco-zealots were drumming up support for their misanthropic agenda.

But if any of the grainy photographs or dubious eyewitness accounts could be confirmed, the annals of Natural History would be rewritten.
