Two friends are saving the human race from extinction following a massive asteroid storm. Originally published in five parts it is re-edited here into one complete story. Book one titled the Voyage of the PAST lays the foundation for the books to follow by starting Max and Noah on separate paths to save select people from the pending disaster. Book two, Survival at DHSUC, is the story of Noah's project to save the several hundred passengers of a cruise ship by having them colonize a system of semi-dormant volcanic tunnels beneath the ice of Antarctica. Book three is titled Marooned and chronicles the lives of a small group of people at a space station that are unable to return to Earth because of the disaster; so they instead go to what had been the start of an experimental habitat within a large impact crater at the Moon's southern pole. Max and his wife choose to leave the space station on an experimental spaceship and attempt to time travel into the future. The fourth story, Gophers and Moles, is of a farming family, a hermit, and two amateur spelunkers who find themselves all trying to survive the asteroids by sheltering in the massive cave systems beneath the western reaches of the Appalachian Mountains. The final book, Paradoxical, the PAST in the Future, provides a means for our heroes and their families to re-establish their ties and perhaps redeem the future of humanity. Does it work?
