No-nonsense aging is not a passive process.
This book does not encourage you to simply accept your fate, don rose-coloured glasses, and ignore the fact that, yes, you are getting older.

This book is user-friendly, providing connection, education, and simple practices that can drastically heighten the positives of your day-to-day life while allowing you to cope well with the negatives that will unquestioningly come.
You do not control the fact that you are aging, but you do control the way you age!
