Clarice loses in her parents in a horrible car crash and moves in to her aunt's motel. She enjoys growing up in the hotel near the ocean and boardwalk. When Dorothy dies, Clarice inherits the motel. Clarice struggles with the decision she must make and in the end finds her true love.
