Spiritual warfare is what happens in the unseen, supernatural realm. It is the battle between good and evil. It is the most controversial and also frightening conversation amongst people who may not necessarily agree on whether or not God exists in their world and in their belief system. Fighting the Dark is an account of one man's story of supernatural, unexplainable occurrences that happened not only to him, but also others he personally know. There are other people who may have witnessed or experienced similar occurrences, and that is why Fighting the Dark is such a profound account of what happens in the spiritual realm AND how to respond. God is all-powerful and Satan is defeated, but you have to know first that spiritual warfare is absolutely and undeniably real. The Bible affirms in Ephesians 6:12 that, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
