Murrey's was lovely, but it was poorly formatted and inaccessible by modern home cooks.But not anymore My version of "Fifty Soups" is inspired by what Murrey started with and completely transforms the recipes into soups that are fit for everyday households. From simple stocks to complex chowders, this cookbook is loaded with soups that can be cooked year round. I have a made it my mission to take cookbooks that have fallen out of copyright and renew them for the contemporary home chef.
