It is hard to believe that a Federation of Planets, which Earthlings like to envision in tales of science fiction, could ever be a reality without Earth having first transcended its differences to become a Federation in its own right. Blending both fact and fiction, present and future, FEDERATION takes us on a trek of shattered plans, war and chaos, from the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, to the boundless skies of Barcelona, and through the dark and turbulent revolutions of the Congo.
