Features of aluminum alloy parts processing on CNC machines.

The book is devoted to the study of features of processing of aluminum alloy blanks on CNC machines. In particular, the following problems have been formulated and solved: a literary review of aluminium alloys and their characteristics is carried out, the scope of application and main features are considered; .the review of the existing modern cutting tools; the basic calculations of cutting modes are considered, their major role in processing of aluminium alloys is shown; .characteristics of coolant and their role in work are considered; consequences of improper operation of coolant in CNC machine tools; are presented and analyzed.the influence of heat treatment on a workpiece or a finished part made of aluminum alloys; the influence of galvanic coating on parts made of aluminum alloys for protection of a finished article and long operation is studied.
