The topic of "fear in the workplace" has not been addressed by senior executives of most organizations. Organizations vacillate on a continuum between "fear and trust" in building relationships with employees. Until this issue is addressed, organizations will continue to struggle with employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This book addresses characteristics of organizations and managers who motivate employees with and without fear based behaviors. It provides the tools and resources to change the culture from one of fear to trust.
