A psychopathic serial terrorist, Fahad Baglati, stalks the streets of downtrodden Flint, Michigan with his domestic terror cell. His primary goal, create revulsion throughout the masses of the US. at a level, which may even exceed the catastrophic 9/11 attacks.
Beginning with the mutilation of animals, displayed symbolically in the yards of residents, his plan immediately creates the classic message of Fear Appeal, "THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!" As he swiftly moves on to the brutal dismemberment of humans, his acts have created a national media frenzy of panic and dread.
Unknown, to even the elites of the FBI, Fahad has left clues embedded within the unholy symbols he creates with his victim's remains. His narcissism demands that he rout a chosen opponent in order to prove his self-proclaimed superiority. This unknowing adversary becomes Dr. Nick Sixpenny, a full-time therapist and part-time police consultant.
As the atrocities escalate, Fahad's ultimate attack is foreseen. He plans to lead his cell members to a newly built subdivision cul-de-sac to murder and dismember every resident while they sleep. He will then slip away, leaving untold fear appeal and anguish for the residents of the US to ruminate on.
Dr. Sixpenny, partners with FBI profiler Jill McCloud, to finally predict the terrorist's end game. While his forecasting is not accepted by the power structure of law enforcement, with a small number of patriots he attempts to thwart Fahad's plans, even as his only child has been kidnapped by a clandestine cell member.
