FSW Body Weight Training is a six-week workout to help you master your body weight.
FSW Body Weight Training Schedule:
The workout programs consist of a five-day work and two-day rest schedule.
Phase One starts with The Body Weight Blast. This three-week program goes through the basics of body weight training. It will seem easy to start and even a bit repetitive, but mastering this process makes moving on to phase 2 much easier.
Phase Two moves to Body Weight Blast 2. This routine introduces more advanced exercises and will be much more demanding on your body, but if you master the first phase, the second phase will be much easier to complete.
Phase Three takes you to the Bar Routine, a challenging pull-up that will take your body to its limit.
(Phase Three is optional and only recommended for people very experienced in exercise.)
