The book deals with the problem of sexual crimes from the perspective of false denunciations, without intending to attack the fundamental rights of people who have been affected both physically and psychologically by sexual aggression, whether they are men, women, boys, girls or adolescents. The aim here is to show the reader how it has become a "witch-hunt" that is sometimes driven by perverse interests.The document is written in such a way that it allows any person to understand what they must do to carry out an effective defence, supported by jurisprudence and other mechanisms necessary to reach an objective judgment and distort such accusations.For this purpose, a survey was carried out with affected people who were well served with interesting results. In addition, some acquittals are presented as well as typologies of characters that take advantage of this problem to obtain profits, since behind these crimes there is a market of sinister characters that seek to benefit from human misery.
