Faith, Strength, Will, Love

This "Meta-Phyction"(R) Series is a series of short stories that are based on the 12 Powers. The Twelve Powers are divine attributes hard-wired into every person. They are FAITH, STRENGTH, WILL, LOVE, WISDOM, POWER, IMAGINATION, UNDERSTANDING, ORDER, ZEAL, RELEASE, LIFEThe series will introduce a family struggling in different ways to find their power. You will experience each individual's internal journey as they live and grow. The series will address the stories we tell ourselves and how a change in those stories can change our lives. The first four books are: FAITH: The first book is about Aliza and her path to faith. Aliza is on a search for both spirituality and freedom from a life-long fear she has struggled with. STRENGTH: The second book features Aliza's mother Claire. Claire and Jack Michaels have six children, each with their own personalities, wonderful attributes and challenges. This is the story of how Claire finds her strength through the challenges of her youngest son Ethan. WILL is the third book in the 12 Powers Series and is the story of Ethan. He is the youngest of six children and struggling with addiction. Ethan will work his way through his perceived weaknesses to his newly found will. Just like in the Wizard of Oz, he will realize he possessed this power all along.LOVE is the forth book in The 12 Powers Series and features Nate: Having spent a good portion of his life hiding who he truly is from others, Nate will learn that his only obstacle to unconditional love was himself. It may take a leap of faith to show love to others; but it takes faith in and love for yourself to trust others. The universe is a beautiful quilt made up of tiny pieces that fit together perfectly to create the DNA of our lives. These pieces can be patched or replaced at any time; always wrapping us in warmth and love. Mary Loughman
