The Erlking has reigned terror over the land for too long and people are revolting ... even those he

thought he could trust to stay by his side forever. With his daughter leading the rebellion, he turns to

the guards chosen to protect him at all times. Little does Nereus know, they are also beginning to

choose humanity over their own safety and moving over to the other side.

Desperate for order, he uses death and destruction to inspire loyalty. Except, it backfires, because

the more evil he becomes, the more determined the rebellion becomes to take him down.

With help from rescued prisoners, a group of half fae, Jinn, a previously absent angel, and a know-it-all

hound from hell, can the beings that Nereus deems unworthy be the ones to finally change the world?
