Perverts, pipe bombs, death of those dear. Roger faces all these and more. "It's high adventure meets great tragedy." Follow Roger as he grows into wisdom, crashes on the rocks of despair, then wins his way back to renewal. Face The Bear is the narrative of Roger Geiger's transition from sheltered childhood through the bizarre realities of adult life. Roger starts his journey of discovery with his first budding adventures at age twelve. From there he leads us around the world to confront outrageous circumstance with a spirit of mischief. When too much death sends him to the depths of depression, Roger must find a way to climb back to living. Roger's true tales encompass more commotion than seems rational, but it's the commotion of life that spawns stories worth telling. A story untold is only a memory. Some of Roger's will lead to laughter; others will make you cry; many will cause you to stop and think.
