Exodus

Exodus was Moses' first book as he wrote down what God gave him of the Ten Commandments, sampling of the Law, and instructions for the Tabernacle. The Exodus itself was an object lesson of God's salvation of those who trust Him, accomplished by blood and power. The principles laid down are essential to the gospel of Christ in the New Testament, and to how we live out our lives as the redeemed.
