Exercises Developing Attention and Intelligence

I am Elvria Lint-an educator, psychologist, consultant, and creator of the online school "Childhood Academy". I also teach Russian to bilingual students in Birmingham, England, and help children unleash their potential at the start of their life journey, using an individualised approach and focusing on their strengths.



Neuro exercises are very beneficial for both children and adults as they help form useful habits, such as a desire to learn, develop logic and thinking, improve memory, and enhance the ability to quickly perceive new information.



All the tasks in this workbook are designed to progress from simple to complex. Even if you feel that you can handle a more challenging version, it is still recommended to start with the simpler ones. This way, you will better understand the principles and find it easier to tackle more difficult tasks.
