Everyday Relaxations contains 7 different easy to follow short guided relaxation sessions. Relaxation brings so many benefits and sometimes finding the time to practise can be a challenge. These sessions have been devised to fit into the busiest of days, each being between 12 & 14 minutes long. Each session will guide you mindfully through different techniques to deeply relax both body and mind.The sessions can be followed one a day, in any order to bring the numerous benefits of regular relaxation into your life. These sessions are not to be used whilst driving.Everyday Relaxations has been devised and narrated by yoga teacher and writer Sue Fuller. Sue has been teaching yoga, meditation and relaxation since 1995. She is a course author for the British School of Yoga and the creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes.
