Beskrivelse
Charlie and Deidre were young lovers, and through misunderstanding and time, have lost touch with each other. Willie is friends with each of them, and recognizes that they have much in common. Unaware of their past, he reunites them, and their friendship is rekindled. Charlie and Willie have been friends for many years, writing, directing, and acting together in the theatre. They reminisce about their experiences, and the loss of people they have known. Willie fears that they will all be forgotten, and fears that he too will be forgotten. Charlie is a writer, has traveled extensively, loves art and music, and has wonderful memories of Rome. Willie is a man of the soil, a common man, and the best friend one could have. Deidre has lived a varied international life, including living in Rome, and has become friends with Willie through mutual interests and experiences. Together they relive their past, confront their fears, and contemplate their uncertain individual futures. Every Day Is A Good Day is about the fear of being forgotten, about memories and remembering, about loss, illness, death, hope, and caring. It speaks of friendship and rebirth. Above all else, it is about the power of love.
