Evangelical Essentials

Paul taught us that the Christian life could be compared to a building (1 Cor. 3:9-10). Working on our Faith throughout our life is like working on a building (Matt. 7:24-27, Jude 20). But like all stable structures, we must have a good foundation. Ensuring a proper foundation supports us before we build on it is essential to stability and longevity. Christ is the Foundation of the Christian Faith. The essential fundamental teachings of and about Christ are Foundation Stones we can build upon throughout our life. We build on the foundation of Christ by understanding and applying the essential elements of His doctrine. With a solid foundation supporting us, we can build successfully and reach higher heights than we ever dreamed possible.
