Eva and the Winter of 63

A dramatic event has diminished Evas special powers of time-travel and she is stuck in a time-warp in the very cold winter of 1963. She is being hounded by the police who believe her to be a very dangerous Russian spy who possesses devices the like of which they have never seen before. The only people who can help her, both living and dead, make demands on Eva in return for their help in getting her safely back home to the year 2048. Their demands are far different from anything else Eva has come across in her unique 53 years of life. Has she enough of her powers to change the course of history or even solve a murder, either of which would allow her to get home again?
