Are there any rules stating that because the person you loved so deeply has died that you can never again be happy? Is there some clause in the Constitution of Life that states that you will or should forever carry the burden of sadness? I don't think so.
What if you can find joy buried in your grief? What if you can wake up in the morning and be glad to have another day to enjoy? I did. Maybe you can, too.
This is how I found a path that let me walk from grief to joy. A path that was sometimes circular, often strewn with rocks and boulders, frequently uphill, but a path that led to a life without misery. A life of joy.
