Erneuerbare Energien in Europa

The conference transcript "Renewable Energies in Europe" follows an interdisciplinary approach and summons the papers and presentations of the 12th Wurzburg Talks on Environmental Energy Law in October 2014. The eleven articles reflect expert knowledge from graduates, lawyers and Administration employees related to the European legal framework for renewable energies and covers at the same moment the European Union's most relevant energy dossiers of 2014 for the German energy transition. Highlighted are inter alia recent developments in state aid law, the latest case law on nationally restricted support schemes and their relation to the European fundamental freedoms, the implementation of the Renewable Energy Directive and the Single Energy Market, the conditions for a European market coupling and the legal framework for trans-border grid expansion.
