Episode II

Volume two of Star Wars Episode II Attack of the Clones begins after Senator Amidala returned to Coruscant to vote against creating an army to assist the Jedi in the fight against the Separatists. On her arrival, an assassination attempt is made, causing the Supreme Chancellor to assign Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, along with his Padawan Anakin Skywalker, to protect her. In a second attempt on Amidala's life, the Jedi apprehend the bounty hunter, but are unable to discover who is behind the plot.
