Clarence Johnson is a loser - at least that's what people tell him. But when a mysterious stranger comes to town, bringing with him a mind control plague of apocalyptic proportions, it's up to the Plunginator to rescue the people that hate him. Using his wits, plus a little help from some unlikely allies, Clarence just might save Watergate City - if it doesn't kill him first.
