Energy Is Key

We are all made of energy. Our physical form is seen through the means of a particular vibrational frequency. Therefore, energy is a vibration. All things have their own vibration even letters and words. A stone is made up of a denser matter than a human and therefore has a different vibrational frequency or to be more accurate, a different rate of oscillation. Energy unlocks the door to consciousness. Everything begins and ends with energy.In order for us to access our multidimensional nature we must get proficient at reading and understanding the world of energy. We are able to do this through the concept that we are a spirit residing in a human body. Accessible mindfulness, through our multidimensional nature, is simple yet profound, and what this book is all about.I've always been a nurturer, supporter, and cheerleader of women. I have an innate ability to sum up situations quickly, zooming straight to the core of an issue, and stepping in with some advice when welcomed. I feel truly blessed to be able to work with women as they rediscover the miracle that is their life. It is such an honor to witness them access their unlimited energy, show up fully present, and live fully embodied from a place of pure divinity. My superpower is to assist my clients in melting their fears around being too much, trust their internal guidance systems, and teach them how to unapologetically live out their genius. This empowers them to build a life that not only looks good on the outside, it feels good on the inside too
