This little guide is written for those interested in approaching the topic of "Energetic Healing" for the first time. Join me on a journey into the world of holistic, energetic ways of seeing and healing, the ideas of energetic healers about the structure of our universe and the human being as an energetic being.
Visualize with me some different ways to stimulate, support and direct our self-healing powers.
Whatever type you are, what counts is to go HIS way. There is no right and no wrong, only done or only thought.
At this point I would like to give you a guiding principle on the way, which accompanies me since I read it with a healer friend and which always brought me back on my way, when I once struggled with my actions and its result: "Everything has its time."
