An EMP has taken out the grid and the Powell family has been preparing for this for years. But timing is everything. With Ben thousands of miles away from his family in Alaska and Tammy and her five daughters just miles away from their mountain sanctuary in the blackout area, it's going to take a lot more than preparedness to help them find their way home.Tammy is ready to leave the city and head to her cabin in the mountains but she needs a little help. She's not sure if she should trust the one man that has decided to be her family's salvation.If Ben and his friend can find a way to get to Anchorage to meet up with their boss who has prepared transportation and supplies for them to continue their journey, they will still have to illegally cross the border and travel thousands of miles through the wilds of Canada on their own to make their way home.
