It answers the question, How does emotional intelligence influence the strategic direction of the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica, 2015; Likewise, the general objective of the thesis is to determine how emotional intelligence influences the strategic direction of the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica, 2015. The research conducted is descriptive-explanatory, so it was described how the independent variable "emotional intelligence" influences the dependent variable "strategic direction" in the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica; For which the inductive, analytical and descriptive method was used.
