Beskrivelse
COVID19 is a disease related to a type of coronavirus whose first appearance was described in Wuhan (China) in 2019. Since then it has become a pandemic that affects worldwide, with health, political and economic consequences, but also emotional and relational. This text tries to account for the latter. Interpersonal contact and psychosocial dynamics have been affected by numerous difficulties, limiting people's social life and emotional ties. This puts in check some of the defensive strategies of people in the face of a potential threatening situation. This book proposes to review the Attachment Theory to account for and explain some changes in interpersonal relationships during the pandemic, as well as the adjustments made. Finally, a chapter will be devoted to review some of the psychotherapeutic practices carried out during the pandemic, discussing their application and usefulness.
