The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the smell of pancakes-with peanut butter syrup!-is in the air.
... But for some reason, Ellie the elephant feels grumpy. She doesn't even want pancakes! When she asks her mom how to feel less grumpy, Mom brings out a yoga mat and explains how yoga can help ease a case of the grumps. After a series of breathing exercises and yoga poses, Ellie realizes that by connecting with the earth and staying grounded, anyone can feel happy and healthy again.
