When Ella is faced with a bully who constantly taunts her about her wild hair she follows the advice her mother has always given her; to be kind. Throughout the story Ella learns that things are not always what they seem and that confidence and self-love is something that cannot be given or bought. She digs deep, trusts in herself and learns that self-love makes all the difference in the world.
