English summary: Although Karl Rahner did not develop a theology of art for itself, a dozen occasional writings, the dates of which range from 1954 to 1983, testify to a genuine reflection in this field. The intention of this study is to take into consideration this little known and little valued dimension of Rahnerian thought. First, the precise analysis of these texts, gathered here and constituted in the form of a corpus, encourages the discovery of this reflection in its context and process of emergence. These writings develop a strictly theological and fundamental approach by responding to concrete and varied situations. In a second step, a more synthetic and systematic review highlights the axes and fundamental principles of Karl Rahner''s theology of art and thus proposes the outline of a fundamental theology of artistic creation. L''intention de cette etude est de prendre en consideration cette dimension peu connue et peu valorisee de la pensee rahnerienne. Dans un premier temps, l''analyse precise de ces textes, rassembles ici et constitues sous forme de corpus, favorise la decouverte de cette reflexion dans son contexte et son mouvement d''emergence. En effet, ces ecrits developpent une approche proprement theologique et fondamentale en repondant a des situations concretes et diversifiees. Dans un deuxieme temps, une reprise plus synthetique et systematique met en evidence les axes et les principes fondamentaux d''une theologie de l''art chez Karl Rahner et propose ainsi l''esquisse d''une theologie fondamentale de la creation artistique.
