Effective Leadership

The contents of this book, Effective Leadership. is inspired by years of prophetic teachings throughout my 44+ years of ministry. It is wrapped in a continued series, Pastoral Care Counseling, in what I consider to be God's greatest avenue of communication to us through His Holy Spirit; the prophetic anointing. It is my hope that this teaching enlightens every saint, church leader, and all who are pursuing the prophetic message in their ministries, which is founded in Jesus Christ Our Lord. I pray it bring clarification to His work on the cross, the coming of the Holy Spirit in your lives, and the salvation experience He graces to you by His Everlasting Covenant. In the following chapters we are going to explore the dynamics of an effective leader, discipleship, intercession, a watchman's anointing, and obedience to the Word. I pray these chapters enlighten your call to ministry and help you to succeed in the work of God's service.
