The purpose of this book is to entertain you beyond meditation with pictures in living color. There are numerous books that you can study to learn about the remarkable brain science behind meditation, strategic thinking skills, mind-body medicine, understanding the brain, mastering Yoga instruction, and the list continues. This is not one of those books. Hopefully, when you read this book, you will learn to feel what you see in your mind and body. It is a guide to looking inside yourself, to learn knowing why you should meditate, what hidden powers you possibly have there, and how you do effect change in our world of confusion and hate. It should teach you love beyond and into the world of differences among us. It hopefully will teach your own conscience to say "I Can See You. You Cannot Hide." It should teach you how to meditate and begin to understand that everyone else sees you, so why not look at yourself.
