Lawrence Miller hunts ghosts. Not professionally, because the pay is awful. When asked to investigate a famously-haunted hotel room in Austin, Texas, he jumps at the chance. As he explores the history of the hotel, his encounters in the room become increasingly violent. Can he resolve the trauma trapping the ghosts in Room 318 before they kill again?
