Dying to Have a Baby

A 37 year old physician was having no success in having a baby. She and her husband, also a doctor, sought the help of a world renowned fertility specialist. He favored in vitro fertilization, but things went very wrong. She developed a slow ovarian bleed. She was rushed to the operating room with her husband performing the surgery. Years later, the fertility specialist was sued for medical malpractice. The specialist went on to blame the husband. He claimed it was a case of intentional homicide. The book explores the trial and its outcome.
