In his first book, Mark Gowland explores the complicated world of dream analysis from a lamen's perspective. He distills the knowledge from some of the most famous and world renowned dream experts and simplified it for all of us to read, learn and understand.
In Dream Speak, Gowland takes you through a step by step process on how to interpret your dreams using Jungian Dream Analysis, Mythology, and Associations and Amplifications. He lays out the techniques to identify your Persona, Shadow, Contra Sexual Archetype, and your life's true path.
Gowland shares, "It is time that we all start looking inwards, instead of trying to catch the latest fad or trend. It is time we start learning to take lessons from ourselves, and not some Guru, Personal Development Coach or New Age Shaman. You are the wise one! It is time to start trusting yourself."
Over the past decade, Gowland's extensive research and his own discoveries in Dream Work have helped him realize the power of sitting at the feet of his own unconscious, and watch his own personal growth unfold. Dream Speak draws on this research from his journey through Jungian Dream Analysis and is a passion project to share with others.
Gowland is currently in training to be a Psychedelic Therapist.
