My desire is to help childrenfind the courage to create ways to stand up to bullies and to develop confidencein themselves.Mindfulness Meditation is one way to develop the self-confidence and thecreative thinking necessary to find ways of positive action. It helps developour inner strength and gives us access to our 'inner guides.'The intention of this book is to provide a platform for awareness and dialogueon the subject of bullying and to provide a coping tool for life's challenges.The purpose of this book is to foster positive change that can empower childrenand adults to deal with bullying and other adversities in their lives.
