The sixth volume of the Drames et pieces historiques of Victorien Sardou contains his last plays: Dante (1903), La Sorciere (1903), and L'Affaire des poisons (1907). In them, we hear the echo of those issues that divided French society at the time, such as the clerical question and the Dreyfus Affair.
