Book 2 of The Realm series takes up the war as the giants and then the dragons attack. This is to have serious consequences for the Realm not least on the Wyrt clan. Developing the relationship between River, Leslie and Harri, the book follows then through the wars. Brad and John's relationship develops but reaches a surprising development.
