When Homeland Security Agent Tyler Jenkins infiltrates Courleon's Consortium in Nevada to retrieve stolen government data, she runs into Ronan, and her life takes an abrupt and frightening turn. After they're taken captive, she learns her irritating cellmate is a vampire—a weakened and very hungry one. Faced with being tortured to death, her only hope is to surrender her fate into his hands. Dragon Lord has been completely revised and expanded, giving the title character greater depth, and explaining in detail how he came to join Haven's Realm.
