After a serious accident, George wakes up in the hospital in the small town of Pascanwon. Upon waking, George discovers that this is the last day to find out the rest of Dr. Pren's life.
On this fourth visit, Dr. Pren tells George about the events that led him to end up on an island full of riches. Dr. Pren tells George about an extremely valuable coin fiercely guarded by Don Ponanso. George discovers how Dr. Pren put his life at risk once again by facing a Jintel and this time, also by facing a Tilsoy.
George will discover an important revelation about the Guardian of the Vortex that could change Dr. Pren's life forever.
