In the small town of Pascanwan, George returns to Dr. Pren's cabin. In this second visit, Dr. Pren tells George more about his life and the events that happened when he was 17 years old.
Dr. Pren tells how a creation triggered a series of circumstances damaging the health and putting the lives of hundreds of people at risk. Dr. Pren shares how he developed a plan that led him in search of the threat.
